TASTE: intense, vinous; Initially with the typical sweet note of the Moscato who evolves into a persistent pleasant bitterness.
PRODUCTION: For Vermouth in Bordiga only high quality raw materials are used such as the Alpine botanicals still collected by hand by the mountaineers on the Cuneo Alps, the precious Piedmontese wines and the exotic spices. The production provides an ancient and traditional procedure that contemplates no less than 40-50 days before bottling. After bottling, the product is left again to rest in the Bordiga cellars at a constant temperature of about 15th degrees for at least 15-20 days before being ready for consumption. The filtering takes place exclusively with natural procedures, by refrigeration and with the use of natural paper filters.
