WILDFLOWER HONEY

Audere is an artisanal producer rooted in Alto Piemonte. Every creation is based on a constant pursuit of authenticity: production follows artisanal methods that respect tradition and blend harmoniously with the excellence of the local area. Its production philosophy is based on a clear and rigorous rule: using only a few ingredients, those that are truly essential, always natural and selected with the utmost care.
Wildflower Honey captures the identity of the area it comes from: its aromas and fragrances reflect the surrounding environment like sensory snapshots, making each harvest unique and impossible to replicate. Its character is a direct expression of the local blossoms, varying according to the area and altitude, which can range from sea level to 1,400 metres, with flowering extending from April to September. Versatile and naturally well-balanced, it pairs beautifully with fresh and soft cheeses and is ideal for enhancing sweet preparations such as candied fruit, ice cream and panna cotta. In savoury cooking, it can also be used for dressings, marinades or for cooking meat and fish, as well as a natural sweetener for milk, tea and herbal infusions.
