Zabà with Krumiri brings together two Piedmontese specialities: Alberto Marchetti’s zabaglione cream from Turin and the crumbly, golden Krumiri biscuits by Augusto Racca from Casale Monferrato. A perfect combination that celebrates the authentic flavours and confectionery tradition of Piedmont.

Ingredients
Zabà
Sugar, Marsala wine (contains sulphites), pasteurised free-range egg yolk, Category A (23.7%), rice starch. May contain traces of milk and nuts. GLUTEN-FREE.
Shake before opening. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.

Krumiri Corino 1764
Stone-ground type “2” wheat flour, butter, extra-fine sugar, pasteurised egg mixture, Madagascar vanilla. Contains gluten and mustard. May contain traces of soya, milk and milk derivatives, and sesame seeds.
