Zabaudo is the Savoy sweet bread that combines the softness of panettone with the creaminess of Zabà, the zabaglione prepared with genuine ingredients according to the traditional recipe. A combination that celebrates Piedmontese roots and transforms a great holiday classic into a convivial and refined experience, capable of encapsulating all the sweetness and authenticity of Christmas.

Ingredients
Sweet bread: flour wheat, butter, eggs, cane sugar, natural yeast (flour wheat, water), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, fructose, egg yolkegg, milk, cocoa butter, salt, Madagascar vanilla pod powder. It can contain nuts, mustard and soy.
Zabà: sugar, “Marsala D.O.P.-FINE I.P.” wine, (containing sulphites), egg yolkegg fresh from free-range hens Cat. A (23.7%), rice starch.
Sachet of icing sugar (8.6%): sugar and starch wheat.
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Once opened, the zaba should be stored in the refrigerator at +4°C and consumed within 5 days.
